1999-2004: Studied at the G.Acharyan University, at the Faculty of World Economy.
2013-2016: Studied at the Academy of Public Administration of Armenia, at the faculty of public administration.
2004-2005: Worked in the Department of Tariff Policy of the Commission on Regulation of Public Services as a first-class specialist.
2005-2010: Worked as a leading specialist in the Department of Telecommunications of the Commission on Regulation of Public Services.
2010-2012: Worked in the Department of Protocol and Control of Instructions of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia as the head of the department.
2012-2015: Held the position of Head of Personnel Department in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
2015 to 2016: Worked in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia as an adviser to the Minister.
